When I was being questioned "why do we need to take supplements but our grandparents do not need to, and yet they live long age?"
30 years ago, sky were blue, water were clear, we see worms in the soil, poultry takes a year to grow, cancer was rare.
It was safe to stay outdoor, people can make living and yet have some saving, having kids is a retirement plan (they will take care of old parents when they grow)
But today, sky is grey, water is "coloured", plants are laden with chemicals, poultry is fed with antibiotics, cancer is common.
Do you care or mind about these? Do you still think that we have the same quality of living compared to our old folks?
If others have cancer, it's just s story to you. If it happens to you, it's a tragedy. Don't spend your whole life working, and spend your hard earn money paying for medical bills..
Prevention is better than cure.
