Attention to all my friends who are consuming Izumio and Super Lutein!! Pls take note of the Izumio and Super Lutein DOSAGE CODE:-

1. Izumio and Super Lutein can be taken anytime, with anything, in any dosage

2. It is best to consume them at least 20 minutes away from your food so your body does not have to absorb so many things at one time. Since it is so costly, you might as well reap maximum benefits from it!

3. Super Lutein takes just 20 minutes to be absorbed into your blood stream and 40 minutes into your eyes. This is not the case for conventional powdered and compacted supplements in pill/tablet form

4. There are no fillers and additives in Super Lutein

5. The best way to consume is to spread out your dosage throughout the day for maximum absorption too. 

6. After opening an Izumio packet, consume it immediately. Close the cap if you are stopping for a breathe. If you cannot finish a packet, do not leave it closed for more than half hour. Finish it within the half hour.

7. Izumio can be poured out into a glass but you will lose the Hydrogen content. If really necessary, pour out what you only need and seal the rest. It is better to put onto a spoon to feed someone who cannot drink from the packet, or put a straw in and seal around the straw.

8. For children who are unable to swallow the Super Lutein capsule, snip a bit of the capsule and squeeze the liquid out and feed them. Or they can just chew it if they can take the taste. Or soften it with water or by leaving it out for awhile, and it becomes really easy to swallow, gentler than a gummy bear. If they cannot take the taste, mask it with apple sauce or honey, or just add it into their porridge.

9. Last but not least, the DOSAGE CODE is a DAILY dose of your Izumio and Super Lutein supplement. For healthy adults who are under 45, generally 1/3 (1/3 meaning 1 Izumio and 3 capsules of Super Lutein) is sufficient to maintain a healthy lifestyle. If you have a lot of late nights and stressed at work, you may fall ill. Increase your dosage to 5/20 (5 packets of Izumio and 20 capsules of Super Lutein) and you will be fine the next day. Older adults should take at least 2/6 (2 Izumio packets and 6 Super Lutein capsules) to maintain good health as they are older and their cells need a bit more help. Children generally take 1/1 (1 Izumio and 1 Super Lutein) or 0.5/1 every other day depending on age, size, etc.........play around with the dosage to see what works best for you. It is perfectly safe.

10. If you are looking to treat a particular ailment or several ailments, then it is common sense that you will need that much more to strengthen your body to fight whatever it is you are suffering from.
